By enrolling in any program, booking services, or participating in community offerings provided by Natural Hair It Is, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Overview

Natural Hair It Is provides educational coaching, professional natural hair care, and community-based support. Our programs focus on preventive care, proper maintenance, and long-term transformation of natural hair.

We do not provide medical services, diagnose conditions, or offer treatment for medical or hereditary hair loss.

2. Eligibility

Programs exclude:

Wigs, weaves, braids, extensions, and color services
Traction alopecia
Medical or hereditary hair loss
Active scalp disease

These conditions require medical assessment outside of our scope.

3. Scheduling & Cohort Structure

Enrollment periods: Jan–Feb, Apr–May, Jul–Aug, Oct–Nov.
Quarterly sessions rotate based on start date.
Both required sessions must be completed within the same month per quarter. No rollover sessions.

4. Rescheduling, Cancellations & Missed Sessions

Rescheduling requires 48+ hours’ notice.
Inside 48 hours = forfeited session with no makeup or credit unless a slot becomes available.
Make-ups are not guaranteed.
One emergency grace may be granted at the provider’s discretion and availability. Verification may be requested.

5. Late Arrivals

Sessions end at the original scheduled time. No extensions or added time.

6. Text Access

Clients may text with questions. Responses typically occur within 48 hours.
Communication does not replace sessions, professional care, or program requirements.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Follow instructions and program guidance
Attend both required sessions each quarter
Keep scheduled appointments
Notify the provider promptly of relevant changes
Participate fully to achieve the intended results

Missed sessions do not roll over.

8. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are 100% non-refundable.
Payment plans: all installments are owed according to the agreed schedule.
Failure to complete the program does not eliminate financial responsibility.

9. Community Membership & Resource Access

Clients may receive access to community spaces, digital materials, videos, or resources. All materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.

10. Disclaimer

Results vary based on individual effort, hair history, and consistency. Natural Hair It Is does not guarantee specific outcomes and does not give medical advice.

11. Termination of Services

The company reserves the right to remove or terminate a client from the program or community spaces for:

Repeated violations of scheduling policies
Disrespectful behavior
Misuse of materials
Failure to comply with program boundaries

No refunds will be issued.

3. Texting, Communication & Response Times

By enrolling, you agree to receive texts and emails related to scheduling, program requirements, updates, and allowed guidance.
Messages are typically responded to within 48 hours. Availability varies but common off-days are Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.

4. Data Protection

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure. You agree to use our services at your own risk.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
