This program includes 8 in-person touchpoints with your coach + stylist, plus full access to the Community Products & Process™ Tier 3 membership.

Once Every Quarter
Receive a professional treatment session to:

Cleanse, condition, hydrate & bond the hair

Trim and maintain healthy growth

Assess hair health, routines, and product usage

Update and personalize your regimen

Detect issues early before damage occurs

Receive education & strategy during your service

This is a professional + educational appointment — not a standard salon visit.
Once every quarter, separate from the salon appointment
Here, you will do your own hair and receive real-time coaching to build skill and mastery:

Show technique, product usage & decision-making

Use the Natural Hair It Is® language, formulas & categories

Receive correction, coaching & skill refinement

Build confidence, clarity & consistency
